Shipping & Returns
UK standard shipping is ‘on us’ on all orders, FREE!
Orders are dispatched the following working day to your purchase. It takes about 3-4 working days to receive your order within the UK. There is an express shipping option, delivery is next working day if placed before 12 pm, fees are visible at checkout for you to select from.
We ship internationally. Please allow 24-48 hours for orders to be processed. We ship Monday - Saturday. You will receive an email with shipping information and a tracking number as soon as your package is sent. Within Europe delivery times are between 7 to 10 working days. Two weeks are estimated for packages to reach international destinations.
When you buy products sold and shipped from outside your country, you or the recipient are responsible for paying import taxes and duties based on the laws of the country into which the products are being delivered. We are doing everything we can in order to bring you a smooth & easy transaction. However we do not accept responsibility for any delays or extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country. Failure to pay taxes or duties can result in the parcel being returned to us by the courier company.

At Kati Kaia we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you are not, please email us or fill in the form below right away and we will make things right. Please include the original order number and the reason for returning the item.
Upon receiving your return request, we will contact you with return instructions including the return address and document to mail in with your item. You are responsible for any return shipping costs.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase receipt, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
We recommend you return your goods tracked or with shipping insurance as we cannot accept liability for lost or damaged goods, we can advise you further on this.
Please kindly note, items accepted for return should not be worn in, washed or altered. They should be in the original packaging intact and undamaged. Including the carry strap and box. Once we receive the package, we will process the refund.
Returns of items with damaged or lost packaging will incur a small repacking fee. We hold the right to deny any return or exchange that does not meet our return requirements.
