Artist Eco Yoga Mats
The Ritual: A 4-Step Guide to Using Your Bundle
- Awaken (Movement): Unroll your mat and spend 5–10 minutes in intuitive movement. Let the artwork on the mat ground your focus, absorb the colours with your eyes, with cat/cow and downward-facing dog, awakening the legs and body, as you breathe through sun salutations.
- Support (Stability): Use the practice pad under your wrists, elbows or knees for low lunges or under your hips for a comfortable seated posture as you transition to stillness.
- Align (Meditation): Hold your Mala beads. You can add your Joy essential oil roller to the sandalwood on your mala or to your wrists. Breathe through each bead, repeating a simple morning affirmation like "I am focused, energised, and calm." or "Today is a fresh start full of opportunities."
- Manifest (Journaling): Close the ritual by writing three things you are grateful for and one core intention for the day ahead in your journal. You can follow the prompts to help fill your heart with gratitude and set the tone for the day ahead.
