Join on this colour visualisation meditation to open up to the refresh of the New Moon and our intentions moving forward together. Using a gentle meditation practice as a catalyst for connecting within, you can welcome new thoughts and when you do the inner work by changing your outlook, raising your vibration and tuning into the essence within, you can open up to a whole world of possibilities.

Let’s take a moment to focus our goals.

CONNECT WITH NATURE

‘THERE IS SOMETHING TO BE WONDERED AT IN ALL OF NATURE’ - ARISTOTLE

Nature is so central to our psychological and emotional health, that it’s almost impossible to realise good mental health for all without a greater connection to the natural world. For most of human history, we lived as part of nature. It is only in the last five generations that so many of us have lived and worked in a context that is largely separated from nature.

Nature is our great untapped resource for a mentally healthy future.

This meditation is a moment to take for yourself to reset your connection with nature. I would like to take you on a beautiful walk with me.

Let’s go inwards, connect with the surrounding essence of nature, the simplicity of a beautiful wild meadow … get comfortable, seated or lying down and take this journey together.

If this is your first time meditating, take a moment to get comfortable and try to focus completely on your breath, do not worry if the mind wonders, just bring it back to my voice and your breath. If you are seated, try to keep your back straight, tuck your chin gently to elongate your spine, flutter your eyes closed and turn your gaze upwards towards the tip of your head. Enjoy.

Short on time? Below is a 4 minute gratitude meditation, which will set you up for the day ahead or wind down with a little joy and thankful heart. We all have 4 minutes we can spare for ourselves.

Sit down on the floor, on a cushion or on a chair with your feet on the floor, now join your thumb to your middle finger and close the other fingers around, relaxing your arms. We want to feel the connection to energy in the body, so we can be thankful for this day. Close your eyes and join.

4 minute Gratitude Meditation.
