Shipping UK Mainland + Outlaying Islands 

Free UK Shipping option, we use DPD or Evri service which takes about 2-4 working days to receive your order within the UK Mainland. There is an express shipping option with DHL Express next day if placed before 12 pm (Monday - Friday), fees are visible at checkout for you to select from. The express service to Northern Island and outlaying islands is 2 working days. 

Please allow up to 2 business days to process and pack your order.

Processing and delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.

Deliveries to all EU countries

If you would like us to deliver DDU (unpaid duty) simply contact us and we can arrange that with a manual order.

Delivery times do vary from country to country - you will be shown an estimate at checkout, processing and delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays. We are always happy to help with any special requests, simply leave your message in the chat or email us.

International Shipping 

We ship internationally. You will receive an email with shipping information and a tracking number as soon as your package is sent. Two weeks are estimated for packages to reach international destinations, though the USA is generally quicker.  Express shipping to the east coast can be 1-3 days, express shipping to west coast is 4-5 days. 

When you buy products sold and shipped from outside your country, you or the recipient are responsible for paying import taxes and duties based on the laws of the country into which the products are being delivered. We are doing everything we can in order to bring you a smooth & easy transaction, including paperless customs and paperwork. However we do not accept responsibility for any delays or extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country. Failure to pay taxes or duties or take delivery can result in the parcel being returned to us by the courier company.

Gifting Service 

Our gifting service helps take the hassle out, perfect for drop shipping direct to your recipient. Our gift paper is recycled thick and luxurious black kraft paper with a soft sheen and finished with a recycled ribbon colour of your choosing. Please select from the shop if required and write any extra notes at checkout we are always happy to help with special requests. 

All shipments are sent in a recycled brown cardboard box and sealed with kraft paper eco tape that can be recycled together in your green recycling bin. Even the postage stickers can be recycled and the inner protective packaging is also paper/wood pulp based.
