Yoga Mats, Mala & Accessories

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your goods for an exchange or a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your mat must be with its original packaging, unused, and in a re-saleable condition. This means the item should not be worn-in, marked, damaged, washed, or altered in any way, including the carry strap and the original box.

Please note:

• Repurposing Fee: A £5 fee applies if the original packaging or parts such as straps that are missing or damaged, as we must ensure every item is restored to its premium standard.
• Processing: Once we receive and inspect your package, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.

Tonics & Body Oils

Due to the nature of our apothecary collection, tonics and body oils can only be returned for a refund or exchange if they are unopened, with the original seal intact. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on wellness products that have been opened or used.

In the unlikely case of your bottle arrives damaged or leaking, please take a photo and contact us straight away so we can send a replacement to you.

How to Return

1. Contact Us: Email info@katikaia.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you need a hand, we can help organize shipping labels for you—just ask!
3. Tracking: We strongly recommend using a tracked service or shipping insurance, as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. Parcel2Go often offers excellent rates for this.
