Artist Eco Yoga Mats
The Ritual: A 4-Step Guide to Using Your Bundle
- Awaken (Movement): Unroll your mat and spend 5–10 minutes in intuitive movement. Let the artwork on the mat ground your focus, absorb the colours with your eyes, with cat/cow and downward-facing dog, awakening the legs and body, as you breathe through sun salutations.
- Support (Stability): Use the practice pad under your wrists, elbows or knees for low lunges or under your hips for a comfortable seated posture as you transition to stillness.
- Align (Meditation): Hold your Mala beads. You can add your Joy essential oil roller to the sandalwood on your mala or to your wrists. Breathe through each bead, repeating a simple morning affirmation like "I am focused, energised, and calm." or "Today is a fresh start full of opportunities."
- Manifest (Journaling): Close the ritual by writing three things you are grateful for and one core intention for the day ahead in your journal. You can follow the prompts to help fill your heart with gratitude and set the tone for the day ahead.

"Fell in love with all of them! I already bought Kati Kaia yoga mats at your pop up store in Covent Garden and fell in love with all of them! I bought this one for a dear friend. I plan to get another mat for myself. The colours re up-lifting and simply gorgeous! Thank you."
"I love the fact that they are a little wider and longer than other mats. They are both supportive. Excellent quality that I know will last. I have been doing yoga for over twenty years and these are the best mats I've ever had. They are beautiful works of art and I have received many compliments for them. I am proud to carry them to classes. The bright, Mediterranean Thalassa colours are a boost to the spirit as we go in to the dark winter nights."
"A beautiful addition to my fitness room. The vegan suede surface feels heavenly to the touch and the natural rubber backing grips the hard floor surface (marble) so well. Not only is this a beautiful mat to look at with it abstract artwork (I leave it unrolled on the floor), it matches my decor and is a beautiful mat to work with. My daily stretching has never been more delightful."
