We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you are not, please email us or fill in the form below right away with your order number and we will make things right.

If you do wish to return you mat for a refund or exchange we accept 14 days of receipt of goods. 

For purchases made between 1 and 25th December, we will accept returns until 31st January.

Remember to include the original order number and the reason for returning the item to and upon receiving your return request, we will contact you with return instructions including the return address and document to mail in with your item if needed.

  • Please note that we are unable to cover costs of return unless the goods are faulty. We cannot accept liability for lost or damaged goods.
  • We recommend you return your goods tracked or with shipping insurance as we cannot accept liability for lost or damaged goods.
  • Please kindly note, items accepted for return should not be worn in, washed or altered, including the carry strap and packaging box in an re-sale condition. If parts are missing there may be a charge for the missing elements. Once we receive the package, we will process the refund.
