Return, Exchange + Refunds
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you are not, please email us straight away or fill in the form below with your order number and we will make things right.
If you do wish to return you mat for a refund or exchange we accept 30 days of receipt of goods. Include the original order number and the reason for returning the item to firstname.lastname@example.org and upon receiving your return request, we will contact you.
We offer a full refund when the product has not been opened and is unused and a partial refund when the packaging can not be accounted for.
Please note that customers will be responsible for shipping costs.
Any returns must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.
We recommend you return your goods tracked or with shipping insurance as we cannot accept liability for lost or damaged goods.
Please kindly note, items accepted for return should not be worn in, washed or altered, including the carry strap and packaging box in an re-sale condition. If parts are missing there may be a charge for the missing elements. Once we receive the package, we will process the refund.
Please note returns do not affect your statutory rights. It's all good.
